"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!

I give gifts to random deviants using the random deviant button, they may request something specific things (example: a character from a story of theirs, a DeviantArt ID, an icon...) if I cannot think of anything for them.
I could use some artists to help me out and draw some gifts too, to make this account to become known by more people.
